Individual Therapy
Virtual Sessions available for California residents (you must be located in California during sessions due to licensing requirements)

Fees
$260 per 60-minute intake session
$215 per 50-minute ongoing session
Limited sliding scale upon request, availability, and need.

Payment
I accept payment via debit and credit card through Ivy Pay (a secure payment platform for therapists). Before our first session, you will receive a text message inviting you to put a card on file within their system. You will be charged after your appointment, including late cancellations/no-shows.

Cancellations
Sessions not canceled at least 48 hours in advance of session, in writing, will be subject to the full session fee.

I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation call to make sure we’re a great fit for each other. We would discuss what you’re looking for out of therapy and how I practice as a therapist. Please click the “Book with Me” button or go to my contact page to get the process started!

Insurance
I do not accept, bill, or communicate with insurance. If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for out-of-network mental health benefits, I am happy to offer a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Please note that a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider. I would encourage you to check with your insurance plan regarding your coverage prior to beginning care.

I am not a Medicare, Medicaid, or Medi-Cal provider. If you hold one or more of these policies, I would need to refer you to someone who is in network.
